The FT – Streaming choices

Psychological insight: OK, the article doesn’t refer to any specific psychological theory, but the idea that people can be segmented according to their streaming services points to some underlying psychological principles. The theory that springs to mind for me is ‘Uses and Gratifications’ theory i.e. people select specific media to consume based on the ‘use’ or ‘gratification’ they receive.

Science Says – Font size

Psychological insight: Very simple. If you want a number (a price or a benefit) to stand out, use a larger font size.
